Submit Your Request
- Please submit the request form (see below) at least 4 weeks prior to the event date.
- Share with us as many details as possible - including special requests!
- Custom selection of instructor comes with an additional fee.
- Rates will be provided once you fill out the form. Our team will reach out to you within 1-3 working days.
- Do note that rates will be subject to studio and class timing requested.
